WE ARE IMPLEMENTING GREAT CATERINGS

For our customers, we prepare lunches and vegetarian snacks (on request also vegan, gluten free and customized) for training, meetings, festivals and private meetings (up to 300 people). We have experience in organizing all-day catering groups for holiday packages, outbound training, yoga courses. We plan and prepare delicious, inventive compositions of complete and nutritious vegetarian meals.

Each event is prepared and priced individually to ensure that both the organizers and the caterers are fully satisfied.

We also offer vegetarian cooking courses and workshops.

We take care that our customers are satisfied and we are also willing to implement non-standard orders.

MEET US:

Artur –

My name is Artur Szumski.

I am a vegetarian since 1989. Most of the time, I cooked for my needs, for friends, for religious and charity events.
I work in the „Karma-Free” Foundation promoting vegetarianism. I was the manager of vegetarian bar „Vega” in Warsaw.

In cooking I use the recipes of different culinary traditions, but especially I’m attached to Indian cuisine. I’m inspired by the elements of
Ayurvedic and macrobiotic. I am convinced of the relationship of the kitchen with health in various aspects and I am happy to help others to see this relationship.
I think cooking does not have to depend on reproducing patterns; It can be a creative fun that gives you a lot of joy.

 

 

Mallika –

My name is Mallika Szumska.

I am a vegetarian since 1994. In this nutritional philosophy I raised my two fantastic, healthy children.

I am the founder of the „Karma-free” Foundation, founded in 2012.

Cooking became my passion when I discovered that no one as well as myself knows what was good for my health and what I really liked. So I plane menus and cook in practice. I develope recipes so that anyone, even a beginner in the kitchen, can easily repeat them whenever he or she wants.
